Michael Rubinov is a business executive with broad experience in sales, marketing, business strategy, and international business development.  Michael holds BsEE from New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (Ms.CS) from  Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Bradford (UK) School of Management.

Dr. Sarfati brings with him vast experience in all CMC aspects of pharmaceutical drug development. Dr. Sarfati has held several managerial positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Innovative R&D and with biotech startups. Dr. Sarfati has completed his Ph.D. in Biotechnology Engineering from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel.

Alex Besonov brings a strong knowledge in drug and cosmetics formulations development studies from the planning stage to execution for oral, topical, ophthalmic, and parenteral administration. Tableting, encapsulation, water, and waterless based liquid formulations, hydrogel, oil-gel, emulsion and suspension, plant extractions, coating, spray drying, ultra-filtration, granulation, lyophilization, cannabis formulations. Alex has multiple patents on his name and holds a Master in Pharmacy from the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Moldova.

Tatiana Zvagelski is an accomplished, dedicated, and highly driven researcher with 8+ years of wide-ranging experience in chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology. Tatiana holds a Master in Chemistry from Ben -Gurion and is working towards her Phd. In Chemistry from Ben Gurion University.
